"A nice appartment with lots os space in a condominium in the centre of Paris. Lots of restaurants, facilities and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. A big public parling for the car and metro stations 5-10 mins walking. Quick answer by mail and phone. Wonderful stay"

"We were travelling with the baby, and it was the super right place. There was everything we need: a kitchen with the all equipment, a washing machine, a wide bathroom, the flat is big enough and has a central location. So many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around... 5 min walking distance to the metro. Very near to Champs Elysees."

"The location is perfect, steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. Walking distance (we like to walk a lot) to almost all attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Also very quiet yet in the center of town."

"Size of the apartment is great for Paris. Having two bathrooms and two toilets is great. The layout is such that once you walk past the outside doors you are sheltered from city noise. The location within Paris is great. The Place Saint Ferdinand is within one block of the RER at Porte Maillot, where you can see and walk to the Place de l’étoile and see La grande arche de la Défense. You are near 2 metro stations on 2different lines. Place Saint Ferdinand also has 2 bakeries and 3 cafes where you can have breakfast or lunch. The restaurant across the street has great food. Within walking distance is everything you could need: grocery, pharmacy, boutiques, traiteur, and pastries."

"We could have used: 1. An extra lid for cooking pots. The kitchen is well equipped, but there is only one lid for so many pots. 2. A more detailed list of recycling and sorting policies for trash in Paris. 3. Basic instructions for the oven. Also some of the chairs in the master bedroom are unsafe and need to be repaired or replaced,"

"Просторная квартира, с чудесным видом из гостиной, в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания и даже больше. Заселили пораньше, без дополнительной платы за это. Обратите внимание, что при заезде возможна только личная передача ключей, и за нее надо будет заплатить 35 евро (не видела эту информацию при бронировании), плюс требуется залог 500 евро, который просто блокируется на карте (тоже при бронировании не заметила, был сюрприз)."
